(4)Subject of the declaration: Powered filtering device incorporating a helmet to protect against particles class TH3 P R SL. The turbo unit including battery and waming facility is worn on a belt in polypropylenefiber. The apparatus supplies filtered ambient air to a helmet by a breathing hose inpolyurethane with special bayonet connection in ABS. The air flow can be adjusted at sixspeeds without changing the class of the apparatus. The turbo unit is used with oneparticles filter in polyamide (housing in ABS) placed in the turbo unit and protected by aprefilter in polyethylene terephthalate. The apparatus is used with a welding helmet reference PANOR D polyamide, polypropylene and polyethylene .

⑸The powered air purifying respirator mentioned under 4 meet the basic safety and health requirements of ANNEX 2 of the PPE regulation (EU) 2016/425 and directive 2001/95/EC on General Product safety. 

⑹Harmonized standards used:EN379:2003+A1:2009,ISO 16321-2:2021,EN 166: 2002,EN 12941:1998+A1:2003+A2:2008.

(7)The notified body ECS GmbH Prueflabor / test lab Prueflabor Augenschutz Huettfeldstraße 50 73430 AALEN GERMANY, identification number 1883 has carried out the EU type examination (module B) for the welder’s face shield (type :PANOR-D helmet)  test report numbers 1160-ECS-20 / MR 11601-ECS-20 and EU type Examination Certificate C3022.1 WWH were issued on 14/08/2025 respectively.

(8)The notified body ECS GmbH Prueflabor / test lab Prueflabor Augenschutz Huettfeldstraße 50 73430 AALEN GERMANY, identification number 1883 has carried out the EU type examination (module B) for the AWF Panor D Filter test report numbers 1329-ECS-19/ MR 13291-ECS-19,2293-ECS-24/ TM 22931-ECS-24 and EU type Examination Certificate C2813.2WWH were issued on 07/05/2025 respectively.

(9)The notified body DIN CERTCO Gesellschaft fuer Konformitaetsbewertung mbH, Alboinstrasse 56,12103 Berlin,Germany, Notified body number 0196 has carried out the EU type examination(module B) for the cover plate (type: 396 ×152) test report numbers 12491-PZA-17,12111-PZA-19,13161-PZA-22 and EU type Examination Certificate C5739WWH/R2 were issued on 13/02/2023 respectively.

(10)The notified body DIN CERTCO Gesellschaft fuer Konformitaetsbewertung mbH, Alboinstrasse 56,12103 Berlin,Germany, Notified body number 0196 has carried out the EU type examination(module B) for Ocular without filtering actio（type:118X89.2 and 84X70）test report numbers 12492-PZA-17,12112-PZA-19,13162-PZA-22,

(11)The notified body Apave Exploitation France SAS,6 rue du Général Audran 92412 COURBEVOIE Cedex - France,identification number 0082 has carried out the EU type examination(module B) for PAPR test report numbers 22.0501 and EU type Examination Certificate 0082/3971/079/02/23/0139 were issued on 22/05/2023 respectively.

(12)The PAPR is subject to the conformity assessment procedure according to Module D in Annex Vlll of the PPE Regulation (EU)2016/425: Conformity with the type on the basis of Quality assurance related to the production process under supervision of the notified body Apave Exploitation France SAS,6 rue du Général Audran 92412 COURBEVOIE Cedex - France,identification number 0082.
